Most  football fans would agree that Barcelona have got the best team in the World at the moment and Champions league final against Manchester United proved that. You can argue that United were not at their best on the day or that Barca were lucky to eliminate Chelsea, but nobody can argue that Pep Guardiola’s team play the best football in Europe and still manage to win trophies. This has been the most successful season in club’s history as never have one club from Spain won Primera, Copa del Rey and Champions League titles in the course of a single season. Is it just a coincidence that this has happened during Josep Guardiola’s first season in charge of the Catalans, or maybe he is the reason behind Barca success?

That glorious Champions League final in Rome proved two things… firstly, that the better team did win and secondly, it unveiled Ronaldo’s true colors. Blaming someone else for your team’s failure is no trade of a real sportsman and the easiest thing one can do in a situation like that is to shut the door and leave.

Believe it or not, but Paul Scholes have received an offer from Stoke to end his career with the Potters and then take over as team manager. Even though this sounds a bit sensational Scholes’ transfer to Stoke is far from impossible. Manchester United legend, who is one of three Ferguson’s dinosaurs, could end his playing career at Stoke if he accepts Tony Pulis’s offer to become player-coach at the club. This is highly unlikely to happen as the outstanding midfielder has just finished his 15th professional season in the only club he’s ever played for.
