We have already written about Wenger’s youngsters and his ability to find young talented players and turn them into high rated players from anonymous teenagers in just a couple of months. The most of them are well known names in soccer world these days. Even though it looks that Wenger’s main goal is to develop new players, he said he wanted “to bring in men who are proven at the highest level” in January transfer window. A few players are on his mind these days.
At first he wants to improve midfield performances. Cesc Fabregas is the only creative option in this part of the pitch and when talented Spaniard isn’t in form inspiration of whole team is far away from the required level. Especially, this problem was obvious in the matches against minor sides in Premier League, where Gooners lost maybe crucial points this season. The first on his list of wishes is Danielle de Rosi, Roma’s midfielder, who has shone in the last couple of seasons under Luciano Spaletti. His creativity, responsibility and ability to make quick transformation from defensive to attacking tasks and opposite is just what Wenger needs. Some sources had linked Wenger with Xabi Alonso during the last transfer window, but he hasn’t made any agreement till September the 1st and all other options stayed open for January. Besides De Rossi, another Italian who fits Wenger’s interests is Vincenco Iaqunta. While we understand his interest in De Rossi, Iaquinta is a little surprise for all Gooners’ fans. He could be another option in attack, but with Emmanuel Adebayor, Robin van Persie, Nicklas Bendtner, Eduardo and Carlos Vela, Wenger has all kinds of necessary weapons. Or maybe experience is the value? Even though he had dismissed the claims that experience was the problem in some of the previous seasons, maybe it is time for Wenger to try with some proven players. Ajax’s striker, Huntelaar is another Wenger’s wish, but if he spends huge amount of money on players from Serie A, young Dutchman will have to wait for some better time to join Arsenal. His price of about 20 million pounds could be a big barrier.

Wenger should go 4 experienced players rather than inexperienced who are inconsistent most of the time.
