Adriano has had his share of problems but it seems that wasn’t enough. He continued with unprofessional behaviour when he joined Flamengo and he’s gone AWOL once again. Adriano have been missing from training for three days and Flamengo officials were forced to send police after him. The player claimed stomach problems had prevented him from turning up for the training sessions.
Former Inter striker definitely didn’t expect to see police officials at his front door after returning from a night out. Having missed a couple of training sessions, Flamengo hired the police to find the mischievous striker. In the end they tracked him down at dawn in front of his house.
Adriano said he had missed training because of stomach problems, but that is not entirely true. He was seen socializing with friends in cinema and a couple of coffee bars in small hours, whereas the paparazzi caught him in a sandwich bar, having breakfast after the night out.
Flamengo officials are furious and they claim that the player will suffer bigger consequences than money fine.
